Prestigious Royal Award for Severn Valley Country Park Volunteer Group

Volunteers at a South Shropshire Country Park have been awarded the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service. New walks leaflets to launch at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre

With thanks to funding from the Shropshire Hills AONB Conservation Fund, MFG solicitors and Craven Arms Community Food Initiative Fund, Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre are refreshing their circular walks leaflets. Grow Cook Learn, local charity now running the visitor centre, has secured funding to increase their walks offer from four leaflets to six, including new routes and improving the existing ones.
